Our team at Churchill House are looking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Technician to assist with delivering quality meals to our residents in the care home. This is a perfect opportunity to gain some experience within the kitchen or perhaps the development of a new career in catering. You will be helping to ensure that our residents' dietary requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Take an active role in supporting the Chef with the preparation and delivery of meals for residents.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen area that adheres to both Health and Safety regulations and the exemplary standards of the home.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
  • Clean all crockery, cutlery and food preparation equipment.
  • Assist in preparation of meals for service.
  • Prepare food and ingredients for service.
