Summary
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver induction training for new starters in line with company standards
- Basic Life Support (First Aid)
- Moving and Handling
- Ensure training sessions are engaging, clear, and easy to understand
- Support learners to build confidence and competence in their roles
Training Preparation
- Liaise with the Recruitment Team to confirm attendee lists for upcoming training sessions
- Prepare all training materials and equipment in advance
- Ensure training sessions are organised and run smoothly
Assessment & Certification
- Carry out all required assessments during and after training
- Mark assessments accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all required competencies are met before sign-off
- Arrange for certificates to be issued appropriately
Communication & Onboarding Support
- Communicate training outcomes to the Recruitment Team via email or phone
- Highlight any concerns, additional support needs, or failed competencies
- Enable the Recruitment Team to progress onboarding based on training outcomes
- Ensure timely communication before certificates are issued
Training Quality & Compliance
- Keep training materials up to date with current legislation, best practice, and company policy
- Review and update training content regularly
- Ensure all training meets regulatory and compliance requirements
