Water Hygiene Team Leader

Location: Bristol

As a Water Hygiene TeamLeader, you will be responsible for assisting, helping, training and mentoring field-based service engineers. You will provide support with the delivery of toolbox talks, the roll out and administration of company procedures and audits.

As aWater Hygiene Team Leader, you will be:

  • Undertaking allocated planned maintenance water hygiene tasks & inspections as per schedule

  • Assisting the Contracts Supervisor in Leading and motivating a team of site based technical engineers and the management of health & safety arrangements.

  • Working with the Contracts Supervisor to help ensure compliance of all works within client requirements, scope and specification.

  • Assisting with the training & technical development of the field-based operations staff.

  • Assist with the creation and delivery of Health & Safety procedures (e.g. Toolbox Talks, RAMS, etc) to the field-based operations staff.
