We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to oversee the management and development of our Plumbing and Technical Services department across The Midlands and The North of England including parts of Scotland. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who is passionate about motivating teams, building and developing high-performing teams, and ensuring safe and effective delivery of all planned and reactive plumbing works in the region. You’ll be the main point of contact, helping to deliver exceptional high-level service every day.
As a Technical Services Manager, you’ll:
- Be responsible for the recruitment and development of Water Hygiene Plumbers and Technical Services Engineers
- Manage the safe and effective delivery of all planned and reactive plumbing works in the region (e.g. water treatment installations, servicing)
