We’re delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Business Partner to join the Churchill Group, supporting our Vantage and JV Price divisions. In this mobile role, you’ll work closely with our operational leadership teams to support the safe and effective delivery of our industrial and window cleaning contracts. Acting as a visible and proactive presence across sites, you’ll collaborate with clients and frontline teams to identify risks, strengthen safety practices, and drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on position, providing expert advice and practical support both in offices and on customer sites. Your contribution will play a key role in shaping safe working environments and supporting our wider business strategy.

As QHSE Business Partner you’ll be:

  • Act as the primary QHSE Business Partner to the MDs and their leadership teams, providing advice, challenge and support on all QHSE matters.
  • Supporting the ongoing management and compliance of ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001.
  • Reviewing working practices with operations teams to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
  • Developing and implementing health and safety strategies and internal policies.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions for managers and employees on health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
  • Recording incidents and accidents and reporting trends to senior leadership.
  • Produce QHSE data and reports to support informed decision-making.

As QHSE Business Partner you’ll have:

  • Experience in a QHSE role, ideally within facilities management, engineering, infrastructure, transport or similar sectors.
  • Familiarity with high-risk environments, such as those involving electrical installations.
  • A NEBOSH Diploma (or work towards).
  • Strong knowledge of safety legislation and working in fast-paced, multi-site organisations.
  • A proactive, trustworthy, and solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

Great to haves:

  • TR19 qualification (must be willing to be trained if not currently held).
  • Confined space safety knowledge (must be willing to be trained if formal qualification not currently held).
