MakeReady, Churchill’s market‑leading solution for the ambulance sector, ensures that all ambulance vehicles and stations are fully equipped, stocked, cleaned, and serviced in a manner that enables a rapid and efficient response to any situation. We deliver a comprehensive range of bespoke ambulance services and support, including ‘Make Ready’ services, clinical deep cleaning, infection control, medicine stock and medical device management, ambulance allocation and tracking, vehicle assessments and audits.
As a Make Ready Supervisor, you will have the all-important duty of ensuring Churchill delivers a safe, customer‑focused, cost‑effective, efficient, and compliant service to meet its contractual and legal obligations. You will manage and assist Churchill Team Members in their Make Ready Resource Centres in the delivery of services in line with the contractual Key Performance Indicators and Churchill standards, creating outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.
