Churchill Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to provide expert Employee Relations and practical HR support across our Transport division. You will partner with operational managers, handle complex ER cases, and drive consistent people practices in a fast-paced, unionised environment.
Reporting to the Head of HR within the People & Culture function, you’ll lead change initiatives and collaborate across HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development to deliver joined-up solutions.
