We’re looking for a collaborative and people-focused Senior Contract Manager to oversee a team of Cleaning Area Managers and their portfolio of cleaning contracts across London. In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of five field-based Cleaning Area Managers, helping them deliver excellent service while maximising contract performance. You’ll take a hands-on approach—combining site visits with strategic planning—to ensure consistency, innovation, and client satisfaction across your portfolio. You may also contribute to new business mobilisation and innovation projects across Churchill Group, sharing your operational expertise to help shape best practices across the wider team.
As Senior Contract Manager, you will:
- Lead strategic reviews with senior stakeholders through regular meetings.
- Monitor KPIs and quality metrics across cleaning contracts, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and service excellence.
- Oversee financial performance and identify opportunities to improve margins.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to respond to client feedback and drive improvements.
- Implement scalable processes to support sustainable growth.
As Senior Contract Manager, you will have:
