Overview

HR Operations Partner role at Churchill Group, within the Amulet security division. National travel is required. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you’ll support the operational management team across the business and build on your ER and wider HR experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Operational Managers in the business unit, proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on Employee Relations matters, including legislation, policies and processes.
  • Support the delivery of the broader HR strategy from an HR Operations perspective.
  • Advise, mentor and support Operational Managers, address skills gaps and enable mentoring opportunities.
  • Act as a driver of performance improvement, supporting the implementation of succession plans to provoke positive changes across the business unit.

Qualifications

  • Experience within a multisite business with strong commercial awareness.
  • Generalist and/or operational HR experience gained in a fast-moving, commercial organisation.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
  • Ability to travel to regional sites as required.
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum or working towards.
