Based in North West, Manchester – Hybrid
£25,000 – £28,000 per annum dependent on experience
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet division in Manchester. In this key role, you’ll support the Group Procurement Manager in the day-to-day coordination of our fleet operations — working closely with our outsourced fleet management provider to ensure compliance, efficiency, and smooth running of the service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a background in fleet, logistics, or the motor trade who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for line managers and business admin teams on all fleet-related queries and processes.
- Liaising with our fleet management supplier to ensure driver compliance and adherence to company policy.
- Investigating and escalating vehicle damage claims, challenging suppliers where appropriate.
- Producing weekly and monthly reports covering telematics data, fuel usage, traffic violations, and damage claims.
- Supporting procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles as required.
- Assisting the Fleet Lead in streamlining processes using tools like Smartsheets, shared documents, and automated notifications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Fleet Administration, logistics, the motor trade, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a proven background in administrative support.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools — especially Excel (intermediate level) and Word.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
