Cleaning is Churchill’s largest long‑established business area, and as a Make Ready Operative, you will have the all‑important duty of replacing and re‑stocking vital equipment within emergency vehicles. As a Make Ready Operative, you will be working very closely within the NHS & in turn, become a very important part of the vehicle preparation programme, which helps practitioners save lives. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy. As a Make Ready Operative, you will also clean the vehicles, following a detailed process. Full training will be given; no experience is needed. Your role will also involve moving ambulances within the station, so it is essential that you have a C1 driving licence.
