- Cleaning Duty Manager to join our
- Transport Division between
London and Kent . In this role, you’ll lead a team of Cleaning Operatives helping maintain high cleaning standards across multiple rail sites and ensuring operations run smoothly.

As a Cleaning Duty Manager you will
- Supporting and guiding Supervisors and cleaning teams to meet high-quality service and safety standards.
- Ensuring team members are trained in health and safety (including HSEQ and machinery use), and that training records are up to date.
- Carrying out daily quality audits and reporting findings to the Account Manager.
- Helping to recruit and onboard new team members when vacancies arise.
- Leading regular staff briefings and monthly safety discussions (toolbox talks).
As a Cleaning Duty Manager you’ll have
- Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in cleaning, FM, or a similar operational setting.
- Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and (ideally) an IOSH certificate.
- A calm, organised approach with the ability to prioritise under pressure. A people-first mindset – you’re committed to supporting and motivating your team.
- Ability to meet vetting requirements, including a 5-year work history check.
