MakeReady, Churchill’s market-leading solution for the ambulance sector, ensures that all ambulance vehicles and stations are fully equipped, stocked, cleaned, and serviced in a manner that enables a rapid and efficient response to any situation. We deliver a comprehensive range of bespoke ambulance services and support, including ‘Make Ready’ services, clinical deep cleaning, infection control, medicine stock and medical device management, ambulance allocation and tracking, vehicle assessments and audits.

As a Make Ready Supervisor, you will have the all-important duty of ensuring Churchill delivers a safe, customer focused, cost effective, efficient, and compliant service in order to meet its contractual and legal obligations. You will manage & assist Churchill Team Members in their respective Make Ready Resource Centres in the delivery of services in line with the contractual Key Performance Indicators & Churchill standards. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.
