We’re looking for a dedicated Cleaning Site Manager to join our East Anglia division, overseeing cleaning operations across a large shopping centre contract located in central Cambridgeshire.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring high cleaning standards, compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of supervisors and operatives. You’ll also act as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
As a Site Manager, you’ll be:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
- Supporting the Operations Manager with projects, reports, and audits
- Leading regular contract and specification review meetings with clients
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are followed
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth
As a Site Manager, you’ll have:
- Experience managing cleaning contracts with excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead and work under pressure
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong commercial awareness, financial management skills, and IT literacy
