Key responsibilities

Ensure the successful and safe delivery of all water hygiene planned and reactive work within your designated region.

Work closely with the office team to improve schedules and increase Field Operative performance, to meet and surpass regional revenue and profitability targets for the region.

Act as a liaison with the clients, to ensure all agreed Service Level Agreements, and that any service related or operational issues are dealt with effectively.

Provide technical support and information for the Account Manager, to ensure non-conformances and remedial actions can be adequately resolved.

Assist the Contracts Manager in leading and motivating a team of site based technical engineers.

Assist with the management of health & safety arrangements in accordance with company policy.

Work effectively with the Contracts Manager to help ensure compliance of all works within client requirements, scope and specification.

Assist with the training & technical development of the field based operations staff.

Assist with the delivery of Health & Safety procedures (eg Tool Box Talks, RAMS, etc) to the field based operations staff.

Carry out site based work as required.

Any other reasonable tasks as required.
