Churchill Living is hiring a Surveyor for their Byfleet team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee the entire financial cycle for several residential contracts, from cost forecasting to subcontractor payments.
You’ll work with internal stakeholders from Construction and Procurement through to the Managing Director, and manage external contractors and budgets for about three developments concurrently.
