Churchill Estates Management is seeking an in-house recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles. The role is an initial 12-month FTC maternity cover, based on-site at our Ringwood office in Hampshire. The recruiter will coordinate briefs, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage offers.
You will work closely with hiring managers and the marketing team to advertise vacancies, build talent pipelines, and provide regular recruitment updates aligned with HR strategy.
