Job title : Ledger Clerk – Sales and Purchase Ledger Location: Based in Ringwood, on site 5 days a week Hours : Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 5pm About the role Churchill Estates Management in Ringwood are recruiting for a Ledger Clerk within their Accounts & Finance Department. As Ledger Clerk, you will work as part of a small, friendly team assisting with all aspects of Purchase and Sales Ledger to ensure the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple retirement developments. Duties will include: The processing of supplier invoices in line with approval limits Speaking to customers and taking card payments over the telephone Responding to suppliers and other day-to-day queries Assisting with supplier payment runs on a weekly basis Assisting with service charge billing Administrative tasks to support the wider Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control activities About you Whether you are at the start of your career or a seasoned Ledger Clerk, we are keen to hear from you.
