Do you want a role where you can make a difference? What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator answering incoming calls from residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform.
  • Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for residents.
  • Commit to 10+ hours a week.
  • Managing the 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern which allows you to work just 184 days a year and enjoy extended breaks.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector.
  • Excellent communication skills; motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in crisis and great problem‑solving.
  • Someone with an empathetic approach.
  • Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately.

Schedule

Our 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern is designed to fit seamlessly around busy, active lifestyles. With this schedule, you’ll work just 184 days a year (that’s essentially half the year off!). This structure offers you extended breaks without needing to dip heavily into your annual leave. In fact, by using just 4 days of holiday, you can enjoy a full 12‑day stretch off. Plan strategically, and you could take up to five extended breaks like this each year, giving you more time for travel, relaxation, and everything in between.
