Due to the success and growth at Churchill Estates Management, we are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer & Legal Administration team. You'll be an organised individual with excellent communication and reading skills and a great eye for detail. You must be a team-player, flexible in your approach to work, with a willingness to observe, listen and learn, ready to take on new tasks and responsibilities within the team.
You will work in a timely and efficient manner, managing a number of tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritise workload. Your standard of English language and numeracy skills will be to a minimum of GCSE Level C / 5 and your experience of using MS Office applications, including Excel, ideally to intermediate level, is essential. Ideally from a Higher education legal background but this is non-essential.
