We are currently seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join our fast-growing national team, based in the North of England. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional individual looking to further develop their career within a supportive and expanding company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with current ACOP L8, HTM 04-01 and HSG274 guidance across a variety of commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and residential properties nationwide.

Previous Legionella Risk Assessment experience is essential, and applicants should have a strong understanding of domestic hot and cold-water systems. Candidates must be confident in identifying risks, producing clear and accurate reports, and communicating professionally with clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 and HSG274
  • Identify non-conformances and provide practical remedial recommendations
  • Produce detailed and accurate risk assessment reports
  • Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives
  • Work independently while maintaining high standards of compliance and service delivery
  • Travel to sites nationwide as required
