Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.
JOB SUMMARY
The Bus Person is responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, as well as monitoring tables for guest needs in an efficient and courteous manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure tables are set in accordance with company standards.
- Clear all tables, resetting them for new seating.
- Maintain cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
- Sweep or mop as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- All internal and external guests must be treated in a manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment.
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
