JOB SUMMARY
The Main Banker is responsible and accountable for the complete operation of the Main Bank.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for accurate balancing and oversight of gaming facility funds.
- Follow all policies and procedures as it relates to cash handling and the Main Bank.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate operational bankrolls.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate redemption kiosk cassette inventory.
- Ensure safety and security of Team Members and guests.
- Review vault activities with Cash Operations and Player Services leadership team.
- Fill-in as a Cage Cashier as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Maintaining a professional working relationship among all internal and external guests.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to assume responsibility relative to the Main Bank.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- One to two years of cashiering or banking experience preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
