Churchill College has a vacancy in its Guest Services Team and is seeking a professional and proactive Guest Services Manager, who can provide a high level of service to customers both internal and external.

Working in the Moller Centre building, you will be key in the client journey on events by meeting and greeting in the Study Centre or Main Building, or acting as their first port of call during an event to resolve an issue or provide support as necessary.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing role (such as a hospitality or hotel background) with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to ensure the smooth running of daily operational activity.

Full-time hours are available, working on a rota of 10 days over 14, with some weekend working required.
