Churchill College’s Technical Services Team is looking for an AV/IT Technician. The role provides comprehensive support to all clients and staff across the Moller Centre building, setting up and testing equipment before meetings, diagnosing and fixing issues, and maintaining AV/IT systems to industry standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist clients within meeting rooms and support staff
- Set up and test AV/IT equipment before meetings
- Ensure AV/IT systems are maintained, meeting industry standards, and recommend upgrades to enhance the customer journey
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience in a similar AV environment
- Good working knowledge of conference AV systems
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a solid understanding of IT
- Excellent people skills and professionalism in client interactions
Work schedule: Full time, rota of 10 days in 14 weeks, with some weekend work required.
