As a Business & Operations Graduate you will have the opportunity to learn and gain a well-rounded view across all the operational and business areas. You will be exposed to logistics, manufacturing, procurement, marketing, laboratories, HR, finance, sales and customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend 6-12 months in each area learning and building your knowledge, giving you the opportunity to progress your career and grow with the business.

Duties of the role

  • Upon entering each department work through an Induction program
  • Learn all roles within the department, starting with basics and progressing to the management and strategy understanding.
  • Potential department areas: Badging (design planning), Customer Services, Marketing, Design, Product Development, Technical Development, Production Management, Continuous Improvement, Finance, HR, Sales, Logistics, Procurement and will depend on qualification and interest of the candidates, but will start in Badging to give a good introduction to the Company.
