Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Development Program role located in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves participating in various developmental activities and projects designed to support professional growth and deepen understanding of all departments within the business. There will be 6 monthly rotation between departments covering: Production, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, Product Development, HR, Finance amongst others. The candidate will collaborate with different teams, gain insights into operational efficiencies, and contribute ideas for innovation and improvement.
