As Creative Lead at Churchill, you’ll build the story behind new product ranges, turning trends and insights into standout narratives and the creative assets that bring products to market. Supporting the Head of Product, your market research will also inspire a continuous pipeline of ideas, helping to shape future product concepts.
You will be responsible for telling the story of the products through the creation of high quality visual and written assets, in line with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Asset Generation
- Transform new product concepts and trend insights into high-quality creative outputs, working closely with our inhouse graphic design team.
- Lead the creative on photography (art direction and styling), video (art direction), brochures & presentations (briefing look, content and copywriting).
- Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Product teams to ensure assets are effectively deployed across all channels.
- Market Research & Trend Insight
- Coordinate multiple insight projects, delivering research within agreed briefs, budgets and timelines.
- Take ownership of restaurant, food and hospitality trend research, building a visual and data-driven trend database.
- Present research findings and actionable recommendations to inform NPD and creative strategy.
- Concept Development
- Turn ideas from concept meetings into visual boards and creative direction.
- Support the development of product positioning, including brand essence and messaging.
- Act as the central creative point within the NPD team, ensuring concepts are strong both visually and verbally.
- Showroom & Merchandising
- Manage the look and workability of the showroom to brand standards, including merchandising of displays and POS.
- Provide merchandising support for international shows and events.
- Customer Engagement
- Attend key customer and distributor visits to present product concepts, research insights and creative outputs.
- Essential
- Proven ability to write clear and inspiring creative briefs for assets such as brochures, videos, and campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to develop visual and written creative assets, including photography, videos, copywriting and marketing material in line with brand guidelines.
- Experience as a creative and original thinker who can generate fresh ideas and approach challenges in new ways.
- Excellent project management skills with experience delivering creative outputs on time and within budget.

- Experience in marketing strategy, product positioning or brand development.
- Graduate-level qualification in marketing, design, creative writing or a similar creative industries subject.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite to support asset creation and collaboration with internal design teams.
