Churchill Academy & Sixth Form in Churchill, Somerset, is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Coordinator to join the behaviour team. You will support and supervise students temporarily removed from lessons and placed in the Refocus Room, delivering targeted intervention to aid reintegration.
You will work closely with Heads of House, the behaviour and leadership teams to support individuals or small groups, helping pupils reflect on their choices and achieve the academy’s vision of high standards.
