As our Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Retirement Living team and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This dynamic position involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, and event coordination. From managing correspondence and scheduling meetings to conducting village tours and assisting with marketing activities, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for residents and visitors. If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference, this role offers variety and purpose within a values‑driven organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing resident admissions, agreements, and discharges
- Maintaining waitlists and supporting occupancy targets
- Coordinating enquiries and tours for prospective residents
- Providing general administrative and reception support
- Rostering, recording resident records, incident reports, billing and compliance
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- Certificate 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong understanding of office administration processes and proficiency with office equipment.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- A National Police Check and National Insolvency Check.
