Due to our expanding team and client base, we are now seeking a customer service advisor
Customer Service Advisor’s role:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in afast-paced environment
- Resolve queries efficiently, aiming for afirst-contact solution
- Maintainaccurate recordsand document all interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues quickly
- Liaise with engineers where necessary
- Stay up to date withproducts, policies, and regulations
- Deliveroutstanding customer experiencesevery time
