Churches Fire is a highly recognised, industry leading Fire and Security business and is growing rapidly. Churches Fire has a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the Country. Due to our expanding team and client base, we are now seeking an Electrical Systems Technician.
Responsibilities & Duties
- To ensure all planned work is completed in the allocated week
- To support any business change for the benefit of the company
- To be flexible with the working patterns as and when required
- Have the ability to make judgement calls based on your experience within the service industry. All other decisions to be authorised by Managers/Directors
- All weekly / monthly testing to be carried out to the current standards
- Carry out quotations for any deficiencies identified during your site visit
- Selling of service contracts, fire risk assessments and fire training
- To deliver excellent customer service
- To undertake any training provided by the company
- To carry out Sprinkler weekly tests where required (full training given)
- To carry out weekly Fire Alarm tests
- To carry out monthly Emergency lighting function tests
- Report any ‘urgent’ failures to the Service Support Team
- To liaise with office staff to assist in the resolving of queries
- Provide suggestions for improvement of practices within the Company
- Comply with all relevant technician practices, processes and company policies
- Maintain clean vehicle at all times
- Ensure monthly vehicle check list is completed on time every month
- Maintain company supplied tools and PPE
- Maintain neat and tidy appearance
