Churches Fire Ltd is an industry leading Fire Security business and is growing rapidly. Churches Fire has a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the Country. Due to our expanding team and client base, we are now seeking a Key Accounts Executive for our high end Chandlers Ford Head office.

The Role of an Account Manager:

  • To be a trusted point of contact for the customer and deal with anything from queries to complaints all the way through to resolution
  • To understand customers requirements and ensure delivery to maximise customer satisfaction
  • To ensure customer SLA’s are adhered to
  • To communicate with other departments across the business including field based engineers
  • To promote products and services to maximise customer accounts
  • To hold customer review meetings
  • To ensure customer accounts are paid in the agreed time frames
  • To work closely with your designated administrator and senior management teams
  • To maintain contact with your allocated customer base
  • MUST be confident in dealing with customers
