Due to our expanding team and client base, we are now seeking a customer service advisor.

Customer Service Advisor's role:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a fast-paced environment
  • Resolve queries efficiently, aiming for a first-contact solution
  • Maintain accurate records and document all interactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Liaise with engineers where necessary
  • Stay up to date with products, policies, and regulations
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences every time
