We have a proven track record of providing excellent opportunities to candidates across the country. Due to our expanding team and client base, we are now seeking an Academy Technician in Swansea/Cardiff.
We have launched an academy that involves:
- Training in fire or intruder alarms through a structured graduation scheme
- Shadowing our senior engineers in the field across various sites
- Classroom theory work
- Graduating after 4-6 months (depending on your progress) to work independently in the field
- Managing your own schedule each month
- Ongoing training and development to enhance your skills in fire and security systems
