- A priest who embraces different styles of worship, from predominantly traditional forms to more relaxed styles
- A thoughtful and engaging preacher who can communicate the Gospel to people of all ages and depths of belief
- An enabler who will lead by example, guide us in our mission and encourage others to use their gifts and grow in faith
- A visible, accessible and engaging team leader who is keen to work collaboratively with all
- Someone with enthusiasm for engaging with our village Church of England Schools and their families
- A priest who understands the issues of a rural parish, and the need to become involved right across the three parishes

This is a full-time stipendiary post with good support from a strong ministry team, engaged PCCs and the Berkhamsted Team Ministry.
