The Bishop of Hereford is seeking to appoint 6 full-time Area Deans to support Shared Local Ministry across our rural parishes. The role combines pastoral oversight with strategic leadership, helping churches grow in mission, prayer, and discipleship.
Successful candidates will be rooted in prayer, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to encourage others, develop leaders and navigate change with wisdom within the Diocese of Hereford.
