Assistant Headteacher - Teaching and Learning in Church Stretton

• has a strong understanding of effective teaching, curriculum and assessment;

• can support and challenge colleagues with clarity, warmth and professional credibility;

• knows how to develop others and build a culture of professional learning;

• can use evidence of pupils' learning to identify priorities and evaluate impact; and

• shares our ambition for every pupil to achieve well and feel that they belong.
