We have an opening for a talented Chef De Partie - someone who loves food, loves produce and loves cooking and creating while inspiring those around them.

What You’ll Do

  • Run Breakfast, starter or pudding section unsupervised
  • Complete to do list and order lists
  • Maintain our standards but contribute ideas, methods and help drive us forward.

Who You Are

  • Experience in a kitchen, cooking for a minimum of one year
  • Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable.
  • Knowledge of our style of service, food and drinks.

Hours & Time Off

  • 40 - 45 hours a week over 4 - 5 days.
  • 2 days off each week on Mondays and Tuesdays
  • A mix of shifts including 7.30am till 3pm, 9am till 4pm, 4pm till 11pm, 9am till 11pm with a two hour break
  • Closed on 25 & 26 December each year
