We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Design and Technology Teacher with experience teaching Food & Nutrition up to GCSE level. The department is well resourced, with two part‑time Food Technicians and purpose‑built rooms. The ability to teach across the department and across KS3 and KS4 will be advantageous.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Teach Food & Nutrition to GCSE students and Design & Technology to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
- Plan, deliver and assess curriculum in line with the national curriculum and school objectives.
- Work collaboratively with specialist peers and support the wider department.
- Show evidence of specialist knowledge in Food & Nutrition and design & technology.
- Possess a relevant teaching qualification and subject knowledge qualification if required.
- Commit to safeguarding and child protection policies.
- A welcoming and friendly team of excellent staff.
- A supportive working environment.
