St Paul’s Salisbury, a lively evangelical Anglican church, is seeking a Children & Family Lead to lead and grow ministry among children (0–11) and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sunday and midweek children’s ministry
  • Share the gospel and nurture children as disciples of Jesus
  • Build relationships with families and the wider community
  • Develop and lead a team of volunteers
  • Strengthen links with our local CofE primary school

Qualifications

  • Clear Christian faith
  • Passion for children’s ministry
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Salary: £27,500–£32,000

Hours: 35 per week (incl. Sundays)

DBS check required

This role has a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a committed Christian (Equality Act 2010).
