The Diocese of Lincoln is seeking a confident, mission‑focused and collaborative priest to serve as Oversight Minister of Skegness and Assistant Archdeacon of East Lindsey, helping to shape a healthy, vibrant and sustainable church across coastal and rural Lincolnshire.

This unique dual role combines parish leadership within the Coastal Local Mission Partnership with strategic diocesan responsibilities, supporting clergy, lay leaders and mission partnerships across East Lindsey.

What you will find here:

  • Weekly Holy Communion at St Matthew’s and twice‑monthly midweek services at St Clement’s.
  • Strong lay leadership with 1 Reader and 4 ALMs.
  • Active outreach including toddler groups, Messy Church, bereavement ministry, Mix & Make community group, Mothers’ Union and children’s ministry.
