The Diocese of Lincoln is seeking an inspiring and pastorally-minded priest to serve as Oversight Minister for a newly united group of 16 churches in the beautiful rural communities south of Grantham.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse collection of churches as they move into a new chapter of shared mission and ministry. Working alongside dedicated lay leaders, Readers, retired clergy and committed volunteers, you will help shape a collaborative future that builds on existing strengths while encouraging growth among people of all ages.
Our Communities
The benefice covers a collection of welcoming villages including Colsterworth, South Witham, Ropsley, Ingoldsby, Stoke Rochford and surrounding communities. The area combines rich heritage, vibrant village life and strong community spirit, with excellent road links via the A1 and access to nearby Grantham.
You will join churches that are committed to working together and eager to welcome a new priest who can help them grow in faith, deepen community engagement and develop new opportunities for mission.
