About the Role

LDBS are seeking a School Effectiveness Partner to serve Church schools across the Diocese so that they provide a transformational education in which children and young people thrive. The postholder will work within a team of School Effectiveness Partners within the Education Directorate. School Effectiveness Partners work across the Diocese and have allocated link schools. This role requires close work with school leaders and governors to secure a strong and broad education in which all pupils flourish. We particularly welcome applications from those who have been/are successful, serving Headteachers with experience of leading in a range of schools and types.
