The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for someone who feels called by God to serve in our benefice, with a ministry centred on Jesus. We are praying for someone who has:
- The drive to support and encourage the development of faith
- The insight to strengthen teamwork, mutual support, and collaboration
- A proactive approach to sustain and develop what’s successful, and to work with the PCCs in addressing areas needing improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the caring attitude and sense of humour necessary for developing community relationships, nurturing skills and delivering effective pastoral care
- Competence in management and communication
Our next Rector will of course bring their own personality, experience and skills to the role, and we look forward to getting to know this special person as we work and worship together.
