The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

We are looking for someone to join our team to help grow generous and financially sustainable churches. The Stewardship Officer will work alongside two other Diocesan Stewardship Officers, a Parish Support Officer and a Parish Support Administration Officer to help parishes to achieve the levels of income they need to fulfil their mission objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Stewardship Officers and Parish Support Officer to successfully deliver the Parish Share Agreement process.
  • Develop online learning materials, hold instructional webinars and events.
  • Speak to church leaders and clergy, including senior clergy about all aspects of generosity and giving ensuring they are confident in growing and leading generous churches.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate must be knowledgeable about the theological aspects underpinning generosity as an act of Christian discipleship.
  • Must be able to evidence that they have led generosity initiatives in a Christian or Church context.
  • Other relevant Christian discipleship activities will be considered.
