Are you someone who can provide excellent customer service and enjoys speaking to people? If so, we could have the perfect role for you. We are looking to recruit a Receptionist & Health & Safety Officer to provide a professional front of house service to visitors, colleagues and stakeholders within our friendly and welcoming office environment.

In this varied role, you will play a key part in creating a positive first impression for everyone who visits our offices, whilst also helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the building and maintaining health and safety compliance. As the face of the organisation, you will welcome visitors, manage enquiries, coordinate meeting rooms, support office events, and provide a range of administrative support across the business.

Alongside your reception responsibilities, you will take ownership of office health and safety processes, helping to maintain a safe, compliant and well-managed workplace. Due to the nature of the role, this position is 100% office-based in Leeds City Centre, with flexibility required to provide front of house cover during office opening hours.
