Can you equip and resource church leaders to develop their own vibrant Christian Youth Ministries? Can you inspire and train volunteers? If so, we are seeking a Leader to develop Kendal Network Youth Church, Cumbria.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and empower young people to explore faith and come to know Jesus in creative and relevant ways.
  • Develop excellent relationships with local schools, churches, and communities to connect with 11–18-year-olds.
  • Lead and equip local church leaders to develop their own vibrant Youth Ministries.
  • Recruit and train volunteers in mission, to create a dynamic network of sustainable projects.
  • Be part of a dynamic and aspirational team.
