Diocesan Director of Ordinands

We are seeking an exceptional individual for this exciting and demanding role. As the Church of England in Devon, we seek to Grow in Prayer, Make New Disciples and Serve the People of Devon with Joy . We need you to help us fulfill our aspiration to see a significant increase in the number of ordained ministers who are equipped to serve the Church in this diverse diocese.

You will be a priest with experience as an incumbent and you will be familiar with vocations work. You will relish the opportunity to journey with people who are exploring vocation and to encourage, nurture and challenge them to fulfill their God-given potential.

  1. Salary: £45,000.00 to £48,000.00 (depending on experience)
  2. Hours: Full-time (36.25 hours per week)
  3. Location: The normal place of work will be the diocesan offices in Exeter with the possibility of some home working.
