Job Overview
As a Strategic Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting creative, design, IT and developer teams within our enterprise customers to adopt client\βs emerging offerings for their creative ideation, production workflows, and automation processes. The position is based in London, UK with engagements both in-person and remote. You\βll partner with DME CSMs to validate the outcomes of first customer discovery sessions, uncover potential use cases, define agendas for customer workshops, customise demos with customer assets, and ensure debriefs/follow ups with customer sponsors to confirm engagement roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the specific value these solutions bring to current and future creative workflows, measured against pre-agreed KPIs or success factors.
- Leverage successful use case implementations to expand the footprint of Firefly, Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and Acrobat Studio to other departments.
- Encourage customers to share testimonials based on successful implementations.
- Validate outcomes of customer discovery sessions and uncover potential use cases.
- Define agendas for customer workshops and customise demos with customer assets.
- Ensure debriefs and follow-ups with customer sponsors to confirm engagement roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of design and the broader creative tools landscape.
- Handsβon experience with Adobe tools and running creative workshops.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Firefly.
- Interest in generative AI and how it is shaping or enhancing creative tools.
- Solid understanding of creative tools and workflows, with the ability to take a product from concept to demo and showcase its practical application.
- Proven experience delivering visual communication or design projects for enterprise brands using Adobe applications.
- A mix of customer success, business development, product evangelism, marketing, and design consulting skills.
- Skilled in at least one key Creative Cloud application.
- Experience delivering API projects and engaging effectively with IT and developer stakeholders.
